　　阴和俊首先回答说这是个非常好的问题，他表示，要加强青年人才培养，鼓励有条件的单位，把一半以上的基础科研费用，投到35岁以下的年轻人中，“对青年科技人才的培养要赶早一些、宽松一点”。（视频：中青报·中青网记者 张诗童）
